We want you to be 100% satisfied. If there is any reason you are unhappy with your purchase a refund will be given under the following guidelines:

1) Order must be returned within the first 14 days following delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for return postage. Doll must be returned in its original box.

2) Merchandise cannot be worn or damaged

3) There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned dolls

4) All book sales are final

Note: No returns will be offered for third-party purchases. If the doll was not purchased directly from Brains and Beauty dolls, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Yes, please note, additional shipping fee will apply to orders.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00pm EST will be processed the same day and shipped out within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Yes, any cancellation will be charged a 25% fee to cover the costs involved with processing the order.

Production time is usually 4 to 16 weeks. We will send out an email a week or two in advance of the product arriving.

You will have 48 hrs to report any damage items.

If a package is confirmed delivered, we cannot take responsibility for missing packages.  We will submit a claim to help recoup the package or any money lost.
